All Models – Most Common Issues

• Microwave not heating: Door not fully closed; faulty door switches, magnetron, or high-voltage diode (common after 8–10 years).
• Turntable not rotating: Clean glass tray support rollers; check turntable motor coupler under tray.
• Sparking inside cavity: Remove foil/metal; replace burnt waveguide cover (mica sheet).
• F2, F2Q1, F2Q2 error: Touchpad or control board failure – unplug 10 min; if persists, replace keypad or main PCB.
• SE or E-11 (sensor models): Clean or replace humidity sensor; avoid steam directly on sensor.

Over-the-Range (OTR) Specific

• Vent fan not working: Replace charcoal filter every 6–12 months; check fan motor fuse.
• Surface light or night light out: Use 40W max appliance bulbs; check light socket for burn marks.
• Loud humming/grinding: Failing stirrer motor or loose turntable motor – common on 2015–2022 models.

Convection & Sensor Models

• F1E4, F1E5, F3H: Power board or magnetron thermal cut-out tripped – unplug 30 min to reset.
• “Door” error when door is closed: Clean and realign door interlock switches (3–4 microswitches).

Safety note: Always unplug before removing cover or replacing internal parts. Never bypass door switches.
