Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Wire strippers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas/Electric Connection: Connect to appropriate gas line (for gas models) or electrical supply (240V for electric models).
  4. Ventilation Setup: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes.
  5. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Secure Installation: Secure the oven in the cabinet using provided mounting brackets and screws.
  7. Test Operation: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.
