Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to proper voltage circuit (120V for controls, 240V for heating elements).
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting
