Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials and protective films from the oven surfaces.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved connectors and check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. Follow local electrical codes.
- Anti-tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to wall or floor as directed.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Burn-in: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
