Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Electrical tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials and protective films from the oven surfaces.
  3. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved connectors and check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Anti-tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to wall or floor as directed.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
