Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe joint compound to all threaded connections.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. Ensure circuit breaker is appropriate for range requirements.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Leak Test (Gas Models): Test all gas connections for leaks using leak detector solution. Do not use open flame.
  8. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven functions, and controls to ensure proper operation.
