Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz dedicated circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
  4. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved connectors and check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.

Troubleshooting
