Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to dedicated 240V circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed and functioning according to manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Test: Perform initial heating test to verify proper operation and check for gas leaks or electrical issues.

Troubleshooting
