Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to dedicated 240V circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed and functioning according to manufacturer specifications.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Test: Perform initial heating test to verify proper operation and check for gas leaks or electrical issues.
