Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved gas connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to proper voltage circuit (120V or 240V as specified). Ensure proper grounding.
- Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure adequate room ventilation for safe operation.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper door operation and baking results.
- Test Operation: Run oven through complete heating cycle to verify proper operation and temperature accuracy.
