Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved gas connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to proper voltage circuit (120V or 240V as specified). Ensure proper grounding.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure adequate room ventilation for safe operation.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper door operation and baking results.
  7. Test Operation: Run oven through complete heating cycle to verify proper operation and temperature accuracy.
