Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 40A circuit with proper grounding. Must be installed by licensed electrician.
  4. Position the Oven: Carefully slide the oven into the prepared cabinet opening, ensuring it is centered and level.
  5. Secure the Oven: Secure the oven to the cabinet using the provided mounting screws.
  6. Install Oven Racks: Place oven racks in their designated positions according to cooking needs.
  7. Initial Test Run: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to burn off manufacturing residues and verify proper operation.
