Gas Range with Accubake System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Level
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Gas Connection: Connect to proper gas supply line using approved gas connector. Use pipe joint compound resistant to LP gas.
  3. Check for Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate leaks.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use extension cord.
  5. Position the Range: Slide range into position, ensuring it's level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Anti-Tip Bracket: Install and verify anti-tip bracket is properly engaged to prevent tipping.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Operate all surface burners and oven for 15 minutes to burn off manufacturing oils.
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure safety and maintain warranty coverage.
