AccuBake Temperature Management System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Gas/Electric Connection: Connect to appropriate gas line or electrical supply as per local codes and regulations.
  4. Ventilation Setup: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed and functioning correctly.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded outlet. For electric models: 240V, 60Hz. For gas models: 120V, 60Hz.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level for optimal baking performance.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Run the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
