Gas Range Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Gas line leak detector
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe thread compound
  • Level
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the gas stove.
  3. Gas Line Connection: Connect to gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread compound to all threaded connections.
  4. Check for Leaks: Use leak detection solution to check all gas connections for leaks before proceeding.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for ignition system and controls.
  6. Level the Stove: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the stove is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.

Troubleshooting
