24-inch Built-in Dishwasher

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Installation Area: Ensure cabinet opening is 24 inches wide and 34.5 inches high with proper clearance for water and drain connections.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts, and packaging materials from the dishwasher.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot water supply line to the water inlet valve using new braided stainless steel hose.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose to drain air gap or garbage disposal with proper high loop installation.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 120V, 15A, 60Hz grounded circuit. Hardwired installation required.
  6. Level the Dishwasher: Adjust leveling legs to ensure dishwasher is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Secure to Countertop: Use mounting brackets to secure dishwasher to underside of countertop.
  8. Test Run: Run dishwasher through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Dishwasher won't start Power issue, door not latched properly Check circuit breaker, ensure door is fully closed and latched
