Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Flathead screwdriver
  • Voltage tester
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Wire strippers

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources, and with access to electrical outlet.
  2. Check Electrical Requirements: Ensure proper voltage (120V, 60Hz) and dedicated 15-20 amp circuit for built-in models.
  3. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts, and packaging materials from the microwave.
  4. Countertop Installation: Place on flat, stable surface with minimum 3 inches clearance on top and sides for ventilation.
  5. Built-in Installation: Follow cabinet cutout specifications and secure mounting brackets according to model requirements.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded outlet. For built-in models, hardwire according to local electrical codes.
  7. Ventilation Check: Ensure proper ventilation space and test exhaust fan operation for vented models.
  8. Test Operation: Run microwave for 2-3 minutes with a cup of water to verify proper operation and heating.

Troubleshooting
