Key Features

Self-Cleaning Oven

The high-temperature self-cleaning cycle eliminates the need for chemical cleaners by reducing food soil to a fine ash that can be easily wiped away.

Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel

Special coating on stainless steel surfaces resists fingerprints and smudges, making cleanup quick and easy while maintaining the premium appearance.

Precise Simmer Burner

The exclusive PowerSimmer burner provides precise low-temperature control for delicate sauces, melting chocolate, and keeping foods warm without burning.

Even Baking Technology

Advanced heating elements and air circulation system ensure even temperature distribution throughout the oven cavity for consistent baking results.

Convection Cooking

The true European convection system with a third heating element and fan circulates heated air evenly around food for faster, more even cooking.

StorAbility® Roll-Out Rack

The full-extension roll-out rack provides easy access to the back of the oven and can be stored underneath when not in use for added convenience.

Self-Cleaning Operation

Preparation

Remove all racks and accessories. Wipe up heavy spills before starting cycle.

Locking

Door automatically locks during cleaning cycle for safety. Cannot be opened until cool.

Cleaning

3-hour cycle heats to 880°F to burn off food residue. Kitchen ventilation recommended.

Cool Down

Extended cool-down period allows oven to return to safe temperature gradually.

Clean Up

Wipe away fine ash residue with damp cloth once oven has completely cooled.

Rack Cleaning

Clean racks separately using mild detergent and warm water. Do not self-clean racks.
