French Door Refrigerator

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Tape measure
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Pliers

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance on all sides and access to electrical outlet on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the refrigerator.
  3. Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, dedicated outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Water Line Connection: Connect ice maker water line to cold water supply using copper or plastic water line kit.
  6. Clearance Check: Ensure minimum clearances: 2" sides, 2" back, and sufficient top clearance for proper ventilation.
  7. Initial Setup: Allow refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in. Set temperature controls and wait 24 hours for ice production.
